•	Manage Piaggio Vietnam (PVN) infrastructure and PVN helpdesk services•	Install, configure, and maintain the hardware and software components of the PVN network, such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, workstations, printers, scanners, etc.•	Monitor the performance and security of the PVN network, troubleshoot any issues, and implement backup and recovery plans.•	Respond to the requests and inquiries of the PVN users, provide technical assistance and guidance, and resolve any problems related to the PVN network and applications.•	Document the PVN network configuration, policies, procedures, and best practices, and update them regularly.•	Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can improve the PVN network efficiency and functionality.•	Communicate with the IT Piaggio Group members and stakeholders in global projects, understand their requirements and expectations, and provide feedback and suggestions.•	Analyze the needs and challenges of the APAC sites on IT solutions/services, such as web development, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, etc.•	Monitor the performance and quality of the ICT solutions/services for the APAC sites, troubleshoot any issues, and provide enhancements and upgrades as needed.•	Manage PVN IT contracts, contact point with local suppliers on IT fields•	Other tasks assigned by managerLocation: Vinh Phuc & Hanoi (Bus & allowance for employees from Hanoi)
