Là đầu mối liên hệ giữa khách hàng, bộ phận vận hành và các đối tác logistics trong nước và quốc tế.________________________________________Nhiệm vụ chính• Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu từ khách hàng liên quan đến đơn hàng, lịch trình vận chuyển, chứng từ xuất khẩu.• Theo dõi tiến độ giao hàng, cập nhật tình trạng đơn hàng cho khách hàng và các bộ phận liên quan.• Phối hợp với kho, vận hành và đối tác vận chuyển để đảm bảo hàng hóa được giao đúng thời gian, đúng tiêu chuẩn.• Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh như chậm trễ, hư hỏng, thiếu hàng… và đưa ra phương án xử lý kịp thời.• Quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ, chứng từ liên quan đến vận chuyển và xuất khẩu.• Giao tiếp với đối tác Trung Quốc một cách thường xuyên thông qua các nhóm Wechat. Phiên dịch khi cần thiết.
