I. Job OverviewThe Finance and Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting all finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in accordance with best practices. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the outsourced accounting and auditing firm, this role covers financial accounting, management accounting, cash flow management, audit coordination, and team support. Roles and Responsibilities1. MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC:• Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ các hoạt động kế toán, tài chính của công ty, đảm bảo tính chính xác, minh bạch, tuân thủ pháp luật và các chuẩn mực kế toán hiện hành. • Quản lý, điều hành và phát triển đội ngũ kế toán, đồng thời tham mưu cho Ban Tổng Giám đốc về các chiến lược tài chính, tối ưu hóa hiệu quả hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty.CHỨC NĂNG VÀ NHIỆM VỤ:- Quản lý và điều hành hoạt động kế toán: • Tổ chức, điều hành toàn bộ công tác kế toán của công ty tại văn phòng chính các chi nhánh, địa điểm kinh doanh • Giám sát và kiểm soát chặt chẽ các nghiệp vụ kinh tế phát sinh, đảm bảo việc ghi chép, hạch toán đúng, đủ, kịp thời và chính xác trên hệ thống • Đặc biệt chú trọng kiểm soát doanh thu, chi phí và tồn kho tại các điểm bán lẻ/F&B với đặc thù giao dịch số lượng lớn (khoảng 2000 giao dịch/ngày) • Xây dựng quy chế, quy trình, quy định, văn bản hướng dẫn thuộc lĩnh vực Kế toán tài chính phù hợp với chức năng, nhiệm vụ được giao và tổ chức thực hiện • Tổ chức lưu trữ tài liệu theo đúng quy định- Lập báo cáo và phân tích tài chính: • Lập và nộp đầy đủ, đúng hạn các báo cáo tài chính (riêng lẻ và hợp nhất), báo cáo quản trị, báo cáo thuế (GTGT, TNDN, TNCN, môn bài, v.v.) theo quy định của pháp luật đối với Công ty đại chúng và yêu cầu của Ban TGĐ. • Phân tích các dữ liệu tài chính hàng tháng, nhận định hiệu quả kinh doanh của từng điểm bán, từng nhóm sản phẩm/dịch vụ, đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu hóa chi phí và tăng trưởng doanh thu. • Xây dựng kế hoạch tài chính và tổ chức thực hiện, đảm bảo cân đối và sử dụng nguồn vốn hiệu quả hàng quý, năm trình Tập đoàn. • Hàng năm xây dựng KHKD và hàng tháng lập Báo cáo việc thực hiện KHKD của Công ty và các công ty con gửi Tập đoàn.- Quản lý thuế và tuân thủ pháp luật • Đảm bảo công tác kế toán và các nghiệp vụ tài chính tuân thủ đúng quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam, chuẩn mực kế toán hiện hành • Cập nhật kịp thời các chính sách thuế, quy định mới của Nhà nước liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty để tư vấn và triển khai áp dụng • Trực tiếp làm việc với các cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, ngân hàng và các đối tác liên quan- Kiểm soát dòng tiền và quản lý rủi ro: • Xây dựng, cải tiến và duy trì hệ thống kiểm soát chặt chẽ, đặc biệt đối với dòng tiền, hàng hóa và tài sản tại các điểm bán lẻ/F&B để phòng ngừa thất thoát, gian lận và giảm thiểu rủi ro • Thường xuyên rà soát, đánh giá các quy trình kế toán hiện tại và đề xuất các biện pháp cải thiện để tăng cường hiệu quả và an toàn- Quản lý và phát triển nhân sự phòng kế toán: • Lãnh đạo, phân công, giám sát và đánh giá hiệu quả công việc của phòng kế toán • Đào tạo, bồi dưỡng, hướng dẫn chuyên môn nghiệp vụ nhằm nâng cao năng lực cho nhân viên • Xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, gắn kết trong phòng kế toán- Tham mưu và đóng góp chiến lược: • Tham mưu cho Ban Tổng Giám đốc về mặt tài chính để hỗ trợ các quyết định kinh doanh, mở rộng chuỗi, đầu tư và phát triển. • Đánh giá các cơ hội và rủi ro tài chính tiềm ẩn Các nhiệm vụ khác theo phát sinh của công việc chuyên môn và theo phân công nhiệm vụ của Ban TGĐ
