• Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược truyền thông tổng thể (360°) kết hợp online và offline.• Phối hợp tổ chức các chương trình sự kiện, quảng bá thương hiệu, hội chợ, activation,...• Quản lý ngân sách cho từng chiến dịch, đảm bảo tối ưu chi phí và hiệu quả đầu tư.• Theo dõi hiệu suất chiến dịch, phân tích dữ liệu và đề xuất hướng tối ưu.• Đề xuất ý tưởng và kế hoạch truyền thông theo từng giai đoạn phát triển sản phẩm/dịch vụ.• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận khác (Kinh doanh, Thiết kế, Truyền thông…) để đồng bộ hóa thông điệp thương hiệu.• Tham gia xây dựng các hoạt động marketing nội bộ, văn hóa doanh nghiệp và hỗ trợ tổ chức sự kiện khi cần.
