Nghiên cứu khả thi cho các vấn đề cần thay đổi/điều chỉnh trong quá trình vận hành và đề xuất giải pháp triển khai cho dự án- Phân tích Pre-FS/FS và đánh giá hiệu quả tài chính của dự án trong giai đoạn vận hành.- Đánh giá chi tiết các yếu tố tác động đến dự án (thị trường, pháp lý, quy hoạch, chi phí,…) để đề xuất các phương án khả thi có thể áp dụng cho dự án trong giai đoạn vận hành.2. Theo dõi cập nhật FS cho các dự án Nhà ở/Khu đô thị hiện hữu- Theo dõi việc vận hành của các dự án Nhà ở/Khu đô thị hiện hữu khi thay đổi các giả định so với FS được duyệt.- Theo dõi hiệu quả dự án định kỳ hàng quý, bao gồm việc đánh giá việc triển khai thực tế hàng quý và kế hoạch triển khai tiếp theo để đảm bảo hiệu quả dự án.3. Lập FS từng giai đoạn cho các dự án Nhà ở/Khu đô thị hiện hữu - Lập FS cho từng giai đoạn của dự án và theo dõi hiệu quả vận hành của từng giai đoạn.4. Quản lý công việc với các bên liên quan và đối tác- Kết hợp và chủ động trao đổi với các phòng ban liên quan để nhận được thông tin đầy đủ và chính xác nhất.- Trao đổi và phản hồi thông tin cho các đối tác bên ngoài về các công việc liên quan đến FS/Pre-FS.- Trình phê duyệt FS/Pre-FS.5. Kiểm soát tiến độ và đảm báo chất lượng- Theo dõi sát công việc được giao và đảm bảo các công việc đều được hoàn thành đúng tiến độ.- Huấn luyện nhân viên cấp dưới và đảm bảo chất lượng công việc cho toàn Bộ phận.- Xây dựng kế hoạch hoạt động hàng năm và quản lý kế hoạch hoạt động của bộ phận.

1. Receive shipping instruction from customer.2. Update the VGM & MBL on the carrier's system, verify the accuracy of the HBL &MBL, file AFR/ISF/AMS ...if required.3. Issue DN to customer.4.
