Tối ưu hóa các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu đang quản trị.- Tối ưu hóa bảo mật, mã hóa CSDL, kiểm soát truy cập.- Tự nâng cao trình độ, năng lực:Chủ động tham gia các lớp đào tạo, tự đào tạo qua công việc, hoàn thành kế hoạch đào tạo cá nhân;
