Manage and coordinate the migration project from the legacy CRM software to the new Odoo ERP system. Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, data, and cybersecurity. Support other departments in enhancing operational efficiency through IT solutions. Lead the IT team: assign tasks, provide training, and evaluate performance. Liaise with technology solution providers and consultants. Ensure timely execution and coordination of current and future IT projects. Kiến thức về quy trình nghiệp vụ doanh nghiệp (bán hàng, mua hàng, kế toán, kho, nhân sự...) để có thể số hóa và triển khai hiệu quả trên hệ thống ERP. ----- Good command of English Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Management, or other related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, including at least 2 years in digital transformation or ERP project management roles. Proven experience in ERP system implementation (preference given to candidates with experience in Odoo ERP or equivalent systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and in managing overall IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cybersecurity, data management, etc.). Solid understanding of enterprise business processes (sales, procurement, accounting, warehouse, human resources, etc.) to effectively digitize and implement these processes on the ERP platform.
