• Interpret medical consultations in French, English, Vietnamese.
• Translate medical documents in to French, English, Vietnamese.
• Prepare and translate medical reports in French, English and Vietnamese according to doctors’ request.
• Coordinate with Front Desk staff for in & out patient admission/ discharge.
• Coordinate with Finance & Accounting Department for in & out patient billing.
• Cooperate with relevant staff (Front Desk staff and Nursing staff) to ensure prompt, efficient services to patients and visitors.
• To maintain confidentiality, especially patients’ information at all times.
• To attend meetings as requested.
• Do other tasks of the department as assign.
