- Quản lý và phát triển kinh doanh sản phẩm xét nghiệm tầm soát & theo dõi ung thư tại địa bàn được phân công.- Xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu khách hàng (bệnh viện, trung tâm y tế, chuyên gia y tế).- Phân loại, xác định khách hàng mục tiêu, ưu tiên khu vực tiềm năng.- Duy trì quan hệ với khách hàng trọng điểm, đảm bảo dịch vụ được đáp ứng đúng yêu cầu.- Phối hợp triển khai hiệu quả các chương trình bán hàng và tiếp thị.- Lên kế hoạch thăm khách hàng định kỳ, xử lý phản hồi sản phẩm nhanh chóng.- Thuyết trình, tư vấn sản phẩm tại các điểm bán thuộc kênh ETC.- Đảm bảo hoàn thành chỉ tiêu doanh số.

Be the recognised Trusted Infant Nutrition Solution Provider and Partner by and with HCPs - Develop long-term mutually beneficial professional relationships with HCPs and relevant medical decision makers - Optimum territory coverage and management including prospection and insights gathering and sharing (i.e. competetive intelligence), through relevant tools/systems like the CRM 2.0 - To ensure quality service to HCPs through proper monitoring of product availabilty, visibility, freshness and pricing withing the territory via Networking with Sales Colleagues/Distributors/Designated Suppliers. - Creation, implementation and Execution of agreed territory action plan within the allocated budget.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …Medical Scientific Affair- Build/Update/Refresh, Deliver and responsible for scientific contents delivered for HCPs/KOLs including Detailing Aids, Product presentations, Product materials following business and brand direction and brand agenda- Make content materials plan on quarterly basic: Round table discussions (RTD), Medical education plan (CME…), Seminar, Symposium, Workshop…- Design and deliver valuable education course for HCPs.- Partnering with Global MSA/RSA to get posted on Global agenda/cascading- Working closely with Field Force (especially Medical Field force), Regulatory & Scientific affair (RSA) and Marketing team to enhance HCP’s and Field force’s scientific information, understanding and drive trusted endorsement from HCPs/KOLs. Compliance- Deliver Compliance Training Plan and Execute Training for multiple stakeholders.Make sure the Medical knowledge related to Nutrition Training well planned and implemented:• Aligned with internal and external stakeholders to make an annual training plan to make sure relevant persons (internal & external) well trained and compliant with WHO Code, Company Code & Vietnamese Regulations;• Continuous to improve training materials; • Propose activities to prevent violations at fields;• Document all allegations and response to potential non-compliant instances.- Deliver compliance’s monitoring inside out, reporting and following ups with actions in place to ensure full compliance. • Conduct regular monitoring activities to make sure all marketing activities are compliant with Company Policy and Procedures and Vietnamese Regulations;• Build an effective plan and monitor activities of medical, digital and trade activities;• Report and propose viable solutions to deal with violations determined from the monitoring activities; - Partnering with Global/Zone Compliance to get posted on Global agenda/cascading

As Medical Sales Manager, you will represent our Aesthetics brands for the medical channel (hospitals, clinics and doctors) in Nationwide.- Follow and implement our medical sales strategy (product, customer retention- development and acquisition, price, promotion, sale events, assortment).- Coordinate and support in the organization of medical events.- Frequent field visits with the team to ensure the respect of the company and brand strategy; advice to improve customer visits (coaching)- In charge of the future of the company by looking for new customers and investigating for market potential in provinces (frequent business trips in provinces)Scope of ResponsibilitiesManagement● Supervise the medical sales team in the planning of the visits (check visit plans, report and make sure that the database is updated, follow the sales report)● Frequent visits to customers● Ensure that the team has a high level of knowledge of our products● Good coaching, training, and direction to the team.● Opening new accounts with the medical team● Follow the sales performance of the team to reach the Target.● Coordinate with the Medical Communication team to organize the medical event (scientific workshop, lunch, conference…)● Support the Medical Communication team in resolving issues in the field (doctors’ requests, complaintes, etc.)Reporting● Provide managers with the information collected on the field about competitors, and markets.● Report to managers about the customers visited and the activities in the fields.● Report about the sales performancesKOL● Meet and build a good relationship with Medical KOL
