• Dựng asset modeling chất lượng cao cho 3D character theo phong cách trung cổ (character, costume, monster, weapon...)

- Tham mưu trực tiếp cho lãnh đạo Công ty về xu hướng sản phẩm, dịch vụ, công nghệ, giải pháp trong lĩnh vực thanh toán.- Chủ động đề xuất và dẫn dắt triển khai các đề tài nghiên cứu chiến lược (trung hạn, dài hạn), định hình hướng phát triển sản phẩm, dịch vụ trong lĩnh vực thanh toán.- Xây dựng và giám sát triển khai các POC, thử nghiệm sáng kiến, giải pháp thanh toán mới, giám sát chất lượng nghiên cứu, đảm bảo tính khả thi và an toàn.- Tổ chức xây dựng, cập nhật, quản lý hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu sáng kiến, công nghệ, giải pháp ở tầm chiến lược của Công ty.- Thiết lập và quản lý mạng lưới chuyên gia, cộng tác viên, phát triển quan hệ, kết nối với các viện nghiên cứu, trường đại học, hiệp hội… trong và ngoài nước phục vụ công tác nghiên cứu sản phẩm, dịch vụ, cập nhật, trao đổi thông tin về công nghệ, giải pháp trong lĩnh vực thanh toán.- Phối hợp với các phòng, ban, bộ phận chuyên môn trong công tác cải tiến sản phẩm, dịch vụ, triển khai thương mại các sản phẩm, dịch vụ thanh toán mới.- Tư vấn giải pháp cho các tình huống đặc thù, có tầm ảnh hưởng đến toàn Công ty/đối tác.- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của lãnh đạo.

Nhiệm vụ: 1. Quản lý các hoạt động liên quan đến nhóm R&D Concept2. Là đầu mối tiếp nhận yêu cầu từ BLĐ, Kinh doanh, Product Marketing để thiết kế cải tiến sản phẩm hiện tại, phù hợp với thị trường và thiết kế sản phẩm mới phù hợp với văn hóa tiêu dùng, theo xu hướng phát triển thị trường và kế hoạch kinh doanh của Công ty3. Triển khai công việc cho thành viên trong nhóm. Kiểm soát tiến độ của nhóm R&D trong từng giai đoạn, đảm bảo hiệu quả, chất lượng công việc theo đúng yêu cầu được giao 4. Nghiên cứu, đề xuất, cải tiến sản phẩm cũ, thiết kế sản phẩm mới phù hợp với nhu cầu người tiêu dùng, bắt kịp xu hướng thị trường và kế hoạch kinh doanh của Công ty 5. Chịu trách nhiệm với tất cả các sản phẩm thiết kế của bộ phận R&D Concept6. Phối hợp với phòng kinh doanh/ Marketing đi thị trường/ Công tác nước ngoài nghiên cứu và tìm kiếm ý tưởng thiết kế hoặc cải tiến sản phẩm7. Tư vấn, trình bày ý tưởng sản phẩm trước Quản lý/BLĐ 8. Báo cáo tiến độ, kế hoạch công việc hàng tuần cho Quản lý 9. Thực hiện công việc theo yêu cầu của Quản lý
