ABOUT USWe are building a large-scale real-time sports data platform serving millions of users daily, requiring ultra-low latency and high reliability.Our entire backend infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).As we transition toward a full GitOps model for infrastructure and application deployment, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes, GCP, and GitOps (ArgoCD) to lead this automation transformation.JOB OBJECTIVESImplement and manage GitOps workflows: Use ArgoCD to synchronize Kubernetes application states with declarative configurations stored in Git.Build a complete CI/CD system: Integrate CI pipelines (build, test, push image) with ArgoCD for secure and efficient continuous deployment.Ensure consistency and traceability: Manage all infrastructure and application configurations as code (IaC/CaC) to enable auditing, versioning, and easy rollback.Optimize and monitor infrastructure: Operate and tune GCP & GKE environments for performance, cost efficiency, and high availability — especially for real-time workloads.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. GitOps & Deployment ManagementInstall, configure, and manage ArgoCD for end-to-end application lifecycle on GKE.Design Git repository structures for manifests (Helm, Kustomize, YAML).Set up auto-sync and alerting for out-of-sync changes between Git and live clusters.2. CI/CD AutomationBuild CI pipelines using GitLab CI or GitHub Actions to automatically build Docker images and push to Google Artifact Registry.Integrate CI workflows to automatically update image tags in Git repositories, triggering ArgoCD deployments.3. 1. Thực hiện công tác thẩm định và thẩm tra quyết toán: Thực hiện thẩm định hồ sơ, đánh giá nội dung kỹ thuật, thương mại, pháp lý trong quá trình lựa chọn nhà thầu các dự án đầu tư, mua sắm, thuê tài sản, dịch vụ CNTT. Thực hiện thẩm tra, kiểm tra và đánh giá quyết toán các dự án, phương án đầu tư, mua sắm CNTT đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định hiện hành. Tổng hợp, lập báo cáo thẩm định, đề xuất ý kiến phục vụ quyết định phê duyệt đầu tư, mua sắm, thuê dịch vụ CNTT. 2. Xây dựng, hướng dẫn và triển khai quy định, quy trình mua sắm CNTT: Hướng dẫn, phổ biến và giám sát việc thực hiện các văn bản chế độ, quy định liên quan đến công tác đầu tư, mua sắm CNTT trong toàn hệ thống BIDV. Tham gia xây dựng, sửa đổi, cập nhật và hoàn thiện các quy chế, quy trình, quy định, tiêu chuẩn về đầu tư – mua sắm, thuê dịch vụ CNTT. Theo dõi, tổng hợp và đề xuất cải tiến quy trình, biểu mẫu, chính sách nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả công tác đầu tư – mua sắm CNTT. 3. Nghiên cứu, đào tạo và cập nhật xu hướng trong lĩnh vực mua sắm CNTT: Nghiên cứu, cập nhật quy định pháp lý, xu hướng công nghệ và phương pháp quản lý mới trong công tác đầu tư – mua sắm CNTT. Tham gia tổ chức, biên soạn, đào tạo nội bộ về nghiệp vụ thẩm định, đầu tư, mua sắm, quản lý nhà thầu trong lĩnh vực CNTT. Đề xuất sáng kiến, cải tiến quy trình hoặc công cụ quản lý, góp phần tăng cường minh bạch, hiệu quả và tuân thủ trong công tác đầu tư CNTT.

Các nhiệm vụ chính: Giám sát an toàn an ninh thông tin các hệ thống của Tổng công ty; phát hiện, xử lý các vi phạm và sự cố an toàn an ninh thông tin theo hướng dẫn. Tham gia xây dựng, triển khai các hệ thống giám sát an toàn an ninh thông tin; xây dựng, các giải pháp phòng ngừa mất an toàn an ninh thông tin.Tham giá đánh giá kiểm thử mã nguồn phần mềm, đánh giá kiểm thử an toàn an ninh thông tin các hệ thống của Tổng công ty trước khi đưa vào hoạt động và định kỳ theo kế hoạch. Tham gia diễn tập ứng cứu xử lý sự cố an toàn thông tin nội bộ TCT và Tập đoàn. Các nhiệm vụ khác: Các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.

Participate in developing and maintaining mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and implement new features.
