ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:- Lead the implementation of all Facility Projects from feasibility study to commissioning, ensuring delivery within budget and at high quality.- Manage the Facility Operation team to operate all facility buildings, machines, and equipment to ensure stable energy supply across all areas and optimize energy usage.- Oversee all Facility Automation Systems including setup, operation, maintenance and repair.TASKS:- Collaborate with all functional teams and the CI team to implement projects from study, design, and execution phases, meeting system requirements while delivering safe, high-quality results within the assigned budget and timeline.Supervise the Facility Operation team to ensure stable and optimized energy supply to the shop floor.- Ensure HSE and quality standards are met and maintained in all work delivered to customers.- Develop and implement all necessary procedures, work instructions, regulations, and operational plans related to facility operations.- Work closely with the HSE team to develop and regularly update Risk Assessments, Safety Operation Instructions, facility standards, and conduct annual reviews.- Update the Master Training Matrix in a timely manner and submit it for managerial approval. Develop training materials and provide training to the facility team and relevant personnel as scheduled.- Achieve facility human resource objectives by recruiting, onboarding, training, developing, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees. Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and provide appraisals and recommendations in accordance with company policies.- Take responsibility for developing engineering talent and mentoring senior technicians in the Facility Department.- Lead facility operations including general troubleshooting and predictive maintenance to ensure safety and machine reliability.- Analyze data to set monthly operational priorities, assess objectives such as efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, and environmental quality; and estimate timelines and relevance.- Contribute to strategic planning through energy-saving initiatives and by implementing standards for productivity, quality, and customer service. Resolve operational issues promptly.- Meet financial targets by providing annual budget inputs, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.- Ensure contingency plans are implemented according to scenarios and properly documented.- Evaluate the functionality and reliability of facility systems and equipment in collaboration with operating departments; identify problems and requirements.- Enhance the performance and reliability of facility systems and equipment by analyzing results, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing changes or expansions.- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company standards, procedures, and legal regulations.- Stay updated with technical knowledge through training and reading technical publications.- Support the organization’s mission by achieving related goals and completing assigned tasks.- Be in charge of all automation systems in terms of operation, troubleshooting, repair, and setup.- Report directly to the Manager and perform additional duties as assigned.
