Co-ordinates with the the Engineering team to solve the problems. - Optimize the operations, processes and equipment to achieve the best line efficiency and performance, minimize the manufacturing losses. Involve in the design of the lay-out and equipment when necessary. - Strongly involves in continuous improvement and problem solving activities. - Controls the cost of production by managing and controlling the materials usage (Yield and Losses), manpower, machine utilization, M&R activities and etc. - Checks and correctly reports the production outputs, work in processes and materials usage by daily basis. The Advance Supplier Quality Supervisor will drive the ASQE Engineers to collaborate with New Product Development & Quality Engineering teams to work with suppliers on new component development and qualification, which include CTQ dimension review, inspection method development and PPAP document development…etc. In addition, the candidate will take lead to assess and develop supplier manufacturing process, quality control and inspection capability to ensure they have good understanding and ability to manufacture parts according to TTi drawing specification and quality standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIESLead the ASQE team ( ASQE Engineers ) to :1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:• This position is responsible for the implementation of the quality control management program to our Jazwares vendors out of China. • The position is responsible for assuring the product quality that can fulfill Jazwares internal quality requirement, and legal global safety standard.• This position is located to stay in our Vietnam Office.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Arrange third party QC inspection by verifying MD rate, pending issues and availability of PP test report and outside lab test.• Handle customer complain by verifying the F/G inventory, problem root cause and CAP with vendors.• Conduct on site audit for QMS; sharp tools control; sample security & mold prevention for new vendor on boarding process.• Coordinate inventory destruction and full check of Costco orders and contractual samples.• Arrange sample drawn and sample verification for outside lab test at 100 pieces of PP lot.• Provide training, assessment and monitoring of SIP program implementation.• Monitor & guide the management for QC team’s inspection performance for DPI / FRI / report.• Follow up customer inspection by assigned 3rd party.
