We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer specializing in Computer Vision to join our team. In this role, you will work on developing, optimizing, and deploying vision-based AI models on edge devices such as the NVIDIA Jetson platform. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of AI researchers, embedded engineers, and software developers to build cutting-edge solutions that run efficiently in resource-constrained environments. Trách nhiệm công việc Design and develop computer vision algorithms for real-time inference on edge devices.  Optimize deep learning models for performance and memory on platforms like NVIDIA Jetson (Nano, Xavier, Orin). Evaluate and experiment with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for potential on-device applications. Continuously research the latest advancements in edge AI and computer vision.  Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data science, Computer Science or a related field. 2+ years of experience in computer vision and deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, etc.). Proven experience fine-tuning and deploying models for face recognition, object detection/tracking, license plate recognition, and event detection. Experience with deploying AI models on edge devices (Jetson Nano/Xavier/Orin, Raspberry Pi, etc.). Skilled software developer with experience in C/C++, Python, and/or CUDA, experience with edge device deployment is preferred (TensorRT, TFlite, ONNX, etc) Familiarity with tools like OpenCV, GStreamer, or DeepStream SDK. Construct and develop short, medium, and long-term financial strategies to ensure the effectiveness of capital for business and investment activities, profit maximization, preserving and growing capital for NL Land. Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process. Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making. Responsibility1. Overall financial performance of NL Land and entities under NL Land- Develop and manage to achieve short and long-term financial goals for NL Land based on the business plan of NLG. - Being responsible for the financial performance of NL Land including business planning, cash flow management, controlling revenues and profit of NL Land as a whole and subsidiaries under NL Land. - Control and tracking the cash flows of on-going projects based on its feasibility studies (“FS”).- Participate in developing the business model of BUs of NL Land and the entities under the management of NL Land.- Define optimal capital structure and NL Land business portfolio.- Participate in evaluating the financial variability of business investment projects of NL Land.- Review financial efficiency of investments of NL Land.- Propose and implement the policies, procedures, and overall financial-related guidelines in line with financial policies of NLG.- Ensure continuous improvement of financial management process.- Create management reports as required.- Perform basic analysis to assess company standing vs. business sector and development trends of product lines to propose measures to enhance operational efficiency in expanding market share. 2. Budget & control- Control budget and cash flow of the projects based on the approved annual plan at NLL.- Develop, implement, and control annual budget and implementation cost to ensure cost effectiveness of the company.- Develop an annual personnel plan to meet the business targets/goals in order to come up with the proper operation budget, which is aligned with NLL MD, NLL HR Director and Group and is managed by both HR and yourself. 4.
