Responsibilities:• Diagnosis fabric quality issues and resolve the issues with suppliers, customers and internal departments. • Develop & Implement effective precautions & preventions to reduce fabric issues. • Build up an assessment mechanism to evaluate the capabilities and performance of fabric suppliers.• Assist to supervise the fabric quality team, train & support them as required.• Give advice to have proper documentation and reporting of fabric inspections & findings of defects.

JOB PURPOSEManages all resources, processes and tools in order to ensure the production plan. - Kiểm tra DFM và đánh giá khuôn mẫu với khách hàng và thiết kế sản phẩm mới.-Cung cấp phản hồi chuyên môn về các quy trình mới và các vấn đề sản xuất của khách hàng.- Thử nghiệm khuôn mẫu mới, lấy mẫu, đánh giá và cải tiến các biện pháp sửa chữa khuôn.- Quen thuộc và thành thạo quy trình phát triển sản phẩm mới C1-C4 của công ty- Kiểm soát chi phí phát triển, đồng thời đảm bảo các tham số sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn và giảm chi phí sản xuất.- Quen thuộc với quy định đóng gói và yêu cầu thử nghiệm độ bền sản phẩm, cần lập các mục tiêu thử nghiệm cho bộ phận Q và sản xuất.- Cần có đủ kiến thức về sản phẩm nhựa và đặc tính nguyên liệu, và đưa ra các ý kiến chuyên môn khi có sự cố.- Xử lý ECN về tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất của khách hàng hoặc trong công ty, tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt quy trình thực hiện.- Ít nhất thành thạo một phần mềm 2D hoặc 3D, có thể hợp tác với khách hàng hoặc nhà cung cấp để thay đổi bản vẽ tạm thời.

An industrial engineer is responsible to lead the company initiative to move towards lean production environment. Acts as a central resource for lean manufacturing and assists with day-to-day production support and improvements. The person in this position is responsible for using Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. This role is involved in planning, scheduling, and implementing continuous improvement activities (such as Kaizen) on the production floor of a manufacturing facility.Position Responsibilities:• Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that awkward or uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.• Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment; applies this knowledge to maintain the organizations competitive edge.• Identifies and assesses various problems and departures from established manufacturing standards and best practices; researches and recommends solutions.• Develops and maintains management information, planning, and control systems.• Implements methods and modifications to reduce production costs.• Develop/perform the automation project for optimization activities.• Performs other duties as assigned.
