As a Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process from product development through to shipment, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met. You will act as the key liaison between customers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee the complete order lifecycle: product development, production, and shipment.• Communicate directly with international customers to ensure accurate and timely order information.• Review and approve color charts, technical documents, and distribute them to relevant departments.• Work closely with material suppliers: place purchase orders, monitor progress, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, logistics, QA/QC, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and accurate processing.• Collaborate with factories to monitor and guarantee product quality, quantity, lead time, and cost.• Track daily production and inspection status, providing timely and accurate reports to management.• Verify and process related documents such as Debit Notes, Invoices, and Contracts.• Maintain accurate order updates in the system and generate periodic reports.• Provide guidance, training, and support to Assistant Merchandisers to enhance team performance.• Proactively resolve order-related issues and propose effective solutions.
