Develop processes to set up new production lines and launch new products:· Design processes, workflows, and PFMEA for products.· Collaborate with machine and tooling engineers to review machine and jig tool designs.· Work with machine engineers to conduct trial processes for new machines and jig tools, and set up transfer lines.· Create detailed requirements and collaborate with external suppliers to design machine jigs and tools for new products.· Develop operation instructions for production lines and machine setting condition documents.· Prepare for mass trial runs and ensure machine readiness for mass production. Continuously follow up on production feedback after mass production begins.· Apply Engineering Change Notices (ECN) to machine designs.· Research and study new technologies to apply in production machines and equipment.2. Troubleshoot and solve issues related to quality and technical problems due to machines and jig tool assemblies on production lines during the trial and pre-mass production phases:· Troubleshoot to ensure the proper operation of equipment and machines.· Diagnose and analyze troubles and errors arising on production lines.· Address customer claims related to the production process.3. Continuously improve quality, productivity, and reduce production costs:· Collaborate with machine engineers, production, and quality teams to enhance the capability, ability, and performance of current mass production equipment, machines, and lines.· Provide feedback on new product process designs to address current chronic issues (quality and productivity) related to processes.4. Support suppliers in resolving issues during the setup or trial of new processes.

Duties and responsibilities: 1. Project survey and design: • Survey new projects, and make survey reports; • Prepare project design solutions and technical drawings, make technical checks and calculations, manually or supported by software; • Review design drawings, technical requirements; • Calculate quantity (BOM); • Prepare bidding documents. 2. Project construction management: • Prepare construction schedule and project methods statement; • Prepare project implementation plans and work assignment tables at the project; • Review and check design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings; • Manage the legal document, quality document, quantity document; • Manage Sub-contractors and technical team. Supervise and allocate resources; • Implement construction plans and monitor projects to ensure Safety, Quality and Timeline; • Inspection, testing and commissioning all of mechanical works; • Check installation volume with Sub-contractors; • Represent the Company to resolve problems arising during construction; • Participate in meetings with Client and Sub-contractors; • Coordinate with other department (Electrical, Construction, HSE...); • Make weekly and monthly reports to send management; • Other duties as required.

Nghiên cứu công nghệ điện mặt trời hiện đại: pin quang điện (PV), bộ biến tần (inverter), hệ thống lưu trữ năng lượng (BESS), giải pháp hybrid với lưới điện quốc gia.2. • Conduct daily and weekly analysis and summary of reports related to the performance of DRR/FTQ/DPU indicators to report to the manager to decide next action plan• Organize quality meetings to ask stakeholders to request submit the causes, action and action plans• Coordinate with ME engineer, production, relevant departments to control change points to ensure control of both quality and output• Participate in setting up MES and BOP systems for QA operations on the line• Participate in requesting and promoting quality feedback activities at QA station• Participate in CVIS (completed vehicle inspection standards) review activities, PFMEA review & feedback to QA's work instructions• Participate in setting standards, quality control, reporting issue to the system, organizing meetings with stakeholders to improvements quality in the process of developing new models• Participate in the development of departmental processes and regulations (if necessary)• Support the issuance of work instructions (SOS/JES) on the system• Perform tasks follow the request from the Group Leader, Shift Manager, Manager

• Drive Flawless Launches at assigned supplier sites, collaborating with Launch STA team (Ex: Schedule A, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), Supplier Quality Issues resolution).
