- Thiết kế các sản phẩm máy tự động, bán tự động, thiết kế đồ gá (Jig) phục vụ ngành công nghiệp. - Lên ý tưởng, thiết kế máy tự động theo bài toán cho trước. - Lên ý tưởng, tư vấn giải pháp cải tiến công đoạn, tăng hiệu suất cho khách hàng. - Thiết kế concept, đưa ra các giải pháp mới tăng giúp tăng hiệu suất cho khách hàng. - Đưa ra các phương án cải tiến các vấn đề phát sinh khi test máy.

• Participate in orienting and implementing PTC department's machinery maintenance strategy.• Supervise maintenance and repair of mechanical problems in the factory, ensuring work efficiency.• Monitor and supervise risks arising related to the mechanical field on machinery lines to operate effectively, achieve productivity and quality. Submit plans and implement remediation and improvement work.• Combine with relevant specialized departments to effectively operate the Size Change - Product exchange process• Perform repair of mechanical problems in the factory, ensure efficiency in work. Triển khai các dự án cải tiến chất lượng xe ô tô.- Giám sát, phân tích dữ liệu bảo hành và mở các dự án cải tiến chất lượng dựa trên kết quả phân tích- Phân tích, làm rõ lỗi chất lượng ngoài thị trường thông qua kênh làm việc với các đại lý, phòng dịch vụ bảo hành hoặc khách hàng.- Phân tích, nghiên cứu phụ tùng lỗi nhằm xác định nguyên nhân và phát triển hành động ngăn ngừa, cải tiến.- Làm việc với nhà sản xuất linh kiện, phòng thí nghiệm để thực hiện các phân tích chuyên sâu trên phụ tùng lỗi, xác định nguyên nhân và biện pháp khắc phục.- Thúc đẩy dự án cải tiến chất lượng thông qua các cuộc họp định kỳ (Audio conference) với nhà cung cấp, kỹ sư Ford ở nước ngoài.- Trong trường hợp cần thiết, trực tiếp đến nhà cung cấp để cùng nghiên cứu lỗi và triển khai biện pháp cải tiến.- Đảm bảo đạt được các chỉ tiêu chất lượng hàng năm. Báo cáo kết quả đạt được so với chỉ tiêu chất lượng, tiến độ các dự án trong các diễn đàn chất lượng của nhà máy.2. Phân tích, triển khai các thay đổi kỹ thuật:- Phân tích, thử nghiệm các thay đổi kỹ thuật liên quan của các dòng xe đang sản xuất.- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để chuẩn bị cho việc triển khai các thay đổi kỹ thuật đạt mục tiêu không xảy ra lỗi trên xe, không gây dừng dây chuyền sản xuất…3. Tham gia các dự án phát triển dòng xe mới. Phân tích, nghiên cứu phát triển hành động cải tiến cho các lỗi xảy ra trong quá trình lắp thử, đánh giá thử nghiệm.

Tham gia vào việc xử lý các issue liên quan máy móc thiết bị trên line chuyền12. Lập kế hoạch kiểm tra, bảo dưỡng định kỳ các hệ thống.13. Báo cáo các chỉ số liên quan: Downtime, MTTR, MTBF, Machine avaiabilit, WO,….14. Quản lý vật tư, chi phí Xuất-Nhập vật tư, lập ngân sách và mua bán vật tư bảo trì phù hợp.15. Triển khai đào tạo, hướng dẫn các quy trình và quy định của tổ chức/công ty.16. Quản lý hạng mục hiệu chuẩn kiểm định thiết bị để đảm bảo sản xuất.17. Đưa ra các ý tưởng và đánh giá các ý tưởng cải tiến từ nhân viên.18. Triển khai và quản lý các dự án mới.19.
