- Update Residences Rotation sheet
- Check Residential room revenue & transfer Revenue/ Statistics from Hotel to Residences
- Check Credit Card Commission & TA Commission, transfer expenses from Hotel to Residences
- Making Capex Report & posting & sending to Residences Manager/ Owner's Accountant
- Making Hotel Charge Report & posting & sending to Residences Manager/ Owner's Accountant
- Share Residential Profit
- Send Monthly Residential Statement, On-Off Shore, Cash flow Balances
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- One to Two years’ experience in Accounting
- Requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals
- Good communication (Read and writing) in English language
- Good Computer skills (MC excel and Sun system knowledge will be an advantage)
