• Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs….
• Draft debit notes to the debtors of the hotel.
• Control the flow & reimbursement of Petty Cash.
• Prepare journal voucher entries based on monthly reports submitted by Marcom, Income Audit, F&B, General Store, Engineering, Payroll.
• Prepare Profit & Loss statement for each F&B outlets.
• Prepare detailed analysis/ breakdown on the Balance Sheet schedule of the monthly management report.
• Blind the monthly management report.
• Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
• May assist with other duties as assigned by management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree/higher education, qualification/equivalent in Finance or related field
2. Service years in the field: 2 – 3 year
3. Service years in supervisor/manager level: at least 1 year
4. Knowledge and skills:
Mathematical skills, including basic maths, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilised frequently.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organisational and training abilities are used often.
Ability to travel to attend workshops, tradeshows, conventions, etc.
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
5. Language: English communication
