• To assist management in supervising daily operations and perform all related duties to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure spa facility is ready to receive guest every single time.
• Maintain the highest level of the discretion and privacy during any guest interaction.
• Make time to interact with guess to solicit feedback and build relationships to understand and how can increase the guest satisfaction and guest love scores.
• You are the forerunner of guest interaction. Ensure all guests are checked for satisfaction on wellness experience.
• You consistently exhibit brand ambassador qualities and practices including physical presentation and actions
• Work with department head to develop initiates to reach standard and drive continuous improvement in the guest experiences
• Perform Brand’s services behaviours in daily operation basic towards the guests
• Develop and update department SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure). JD (Job Description) and Implement it to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide our guests with the highest possible standards of recreational and leisure activity service, coupled with vigilance, attention to safety and comfort, while at all times endeavouring to maximize sales opportunities. Assist the daily operations of the Health Club, direct and supervise staff in their daily tasks and ensure the facility is run in accordance with the objectives
• Ensure the fitness centre is in a safe and clean condition at all times.
• Control inventory of guest supplies
• Maintaining in good order all recreational and sports equipment associated with the departments’ activities, and to recommend to the Spa Director / Assistant spa manager the purchase of replacements whenever necessary, in accordance with approved product standards and expense budgets.
• Attends morning briefing, paying particular attention to the number of Guest in house, V.I.P.s, and overall occupancy for the day ahead in order to schedule staff accordingly.
• Facilitates adherence on Timekeeping /Duty roster & Decking standards
• Lead the team on daily tasks, coach and give feedback on performance.
• Assist in training the colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect
• Facilitate a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up individual members to create sense of one team
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications briefing.
• Recommend or initiate any HR elated actions where needed
• Monitor daily revenue status and drive tactical actions to ensure achievement of goals
• Help achieve the department’s annual budget and set departmental goals by facilitating departmental practices such inventory and cost management initiatives;
• Ensure Health Club and Yoga studio facility is ready to receive guest every single time.

• You consistently exhibit brand ambassador qualities and practices including physical presentation and actions
• Ensure full participation and observance of Fire, Life, Safety standards, risk measurements, compliance to brand standards and best practices in reducing carbon footprints.
• Ensure observance of accounting practices
• Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
• May assist with other duties as assigned by management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education:
University degree on related field, Diploma or certificate in Leadership, Spa supervisory/ Management or equivalent Experience.
2. Service years in the field : Three (3) years
3. Service years in supervisor/trainer level: One (1) year
4. Knowledge and skills:
Must have a comprehensive knowledge/ experience of spa therapy and wellness programs and proficient in the use of Office programs, Hotel and Spa operating systems
Licensed Therapist, Therapist trainer ,Yoga practitioner
5. Language: Fluent in English language
6. Preferred (if required): Local Vietnamese
