• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns integrated with AI technologies, especially across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Zalo, and others.• Analyze consumer behavior data from online channels to generate insights and personalize content and the customer journey.• Identify advertising objectives, analyze and recommend suitable media channels, and allocate resources efficiently for advertising campaigns that are cost-effective and tailored to the target audience.• Collaborate with AI tools such as: AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, etc.) AI image/video tools (RunwayML, Midjourney, D-ID, etc.)• Optimize advertising performance in real-time through AI/ML algorithms and automated A/B testing.• Propose innovative initiatives for applying AI in marketing, such as voice AI, customer service chatbots, AI influencers, and more.• Liaise with related departments (R&D, Finance, Sales, Trade MKT etc.) to ensure marketing activities are consistent with other activities of the company and in line with the overall goals of the company, while maintaining consistency in messaging and brand image across digital channels.

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or International Business • Requirements: At least 2 year’s experience as ABM role in FMCG corporations. Extensive insights into consumers and market in Vietnam are a must.• Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Power BI, and Looker Studio.• Ability to travel on business trips
