To support Head of Department in planning and directly execute the periodic coaching and training for staff before level-up examination.
To monitor the department on behalf of the Head when he is not present (as authorized). To host meetings of the department, directly check working record and handover book of the department, guaranty all work is fully carried out.
Directly and regularly survey the condition of facilities, equipment and systems in the hotel to report to Head of Department. Ensure all facilities are always in operational and safe condition.
Whenever there is an incident or problem that affects guests or business of the hotel, immediately turn up at the scene to handle, minimize the influence on business of the hotel.
Support Head of Department to assess the urgent fixing plan, perform good coordination within the department and among other related departments.
Directly keep track of the implementation and suggest solutions to conserve energy in the hotel in order to reduce the energy consumption and enhance economic efficiency.
To assist Head of Department in identifying and verifying the implementation of operational procedures, regulations of server room.
To support Head of Department in verifying proposals of purchasing material, repairing accessories or new equipment.
To directly follow up, supervise the import, export and the work of storekeeper. To witness the periodic inventory with Accounting Department.
To directly follow up the maintenance of equipment in the hotel subject to weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly plans to report to Head of Department.
To directly check the compliance with labor regulations and discipline of staff in the hotel, oversee whether the staff complete the tasks assigned and make recommendations to Head of Department. To be responsible for labor safety within the department.
To assign staff management tasks and tasks for supervisors on behalf of Head of Department. Directly monitor and assign tasks for staff in the department.
To check up new employees, recommend to Head of Department for employment or not.
To check up and assess the implementation of staff as well as Captains.
To handle the violation of staff and to recommend rewards.
To recommend technical innovation as well as promotion for staff to Head of Department.
To complete other tasks assigned by senior. To prove the initiative in work.
Other tasks requested by General Manager and Head of Department.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the same position.
Basic communication in English.
Careful, meticulous, honest.
