The Administrative Assistant will assist with all related administrative activities for the Strategy and Quality Management Department. These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Send surveys and collect data of the module evaluations, send results to the instructors, and store the individual reports;
- Send surveys and collect data for the programme evaluation, employability surveys, entry survey, service evaluation and employer survey;
- Do purchase/ payment request for the department activities (business trip, stationary order, contract, membership, etc.);
- Support organising meetings, trial lectures and events;
- Support inputing data and testing the evaluation tools;
- Support collecting and inputing data for BI;
- Support the institutional and programme accreditations;
- Maintain the website/ wiki contents of the department;
- Support collecting data for ranking (THE, QS, etc).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Qualification: Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, engineering, social sciences or related fields
2. Experiences: Prior experience in educational quality assurance is preferable
3. Knowledge: Prior knowledge of quality assurance procedures in higher education is highly preferable
4. Skills
- Excellent English proficiency (oral and written) is essential
- Must have a secure command of MS Office, including the ability to perform basic statistical analysis and manage databases
- Proven ability in teamwork and communication
- Ability to work efficiently is required
