PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Checking of keycards.
2. Preparing of reports, e.g. stock taking.
3. Overtaking supervision of public areas.
4. Overtaking supervision of Back of the House.
5. Overtaking supervision of Uniform & Linen Room.
6. Imparts training in accordance with the trainer’s program.
7. Shares responsibilities with the Housekeeping Manager for rosters, attendance, and hiring, dismissing and disciplinary action if necessary.
9. Ensures staff is well-groomed and clean.
10. Ensures a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance in our Hotel.
11. Initiates maintenance work orders for the Engineering Department and other work.
12. Check all supervisors work.
13. Make sure that the right equipment is used for the right job.
14. In charge of Housekeeping Department in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
15. Organizes shifts.
16. To carry out periodical stock checks of all Housekeeping operation items.
17. To keep accurate records of Hotel furnishing, equipment and supplies.
18. To be fully aware of fire, and any other emergency procedures and to assist management and guests in dealing with them.
19. To report any irregularities found to the Housekeeping Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: A diploma or degree qualification. Good English
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in hospitality industry.
Other:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in planning, organizing and co-ordination
