Our flagship products include an IP Telephony platform built on Asterisk, a coalition loyalty app, and AI-powered customer care agents.About the role:In this role, you will be working as a member of the centralized Support team that support all 3 flagship products. You will design and execute automated test scripts for our AI-enhanced Web/PWA and mobile applications, while also engaging directly with clients to gather and document requirements. This position calls for a hands-on engineer/analyst who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and customer success.Responsibilities: • Test Automation: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Appium) to ensure product quality. Analyse test results, log defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.• Test Planning: Create and update test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with project requirements and AI-related workflows. Lead functional, regression, and integration testing efforts to validate Web/PWA and mobile features.• Requirements Gathering: Conduct client interviews and workshops to elicit and document business/product requirements. Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement. Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with product goals.• Specification & Story Writing: Translate client requirements into well-defined user stories, technical specifications, and process flows for the development team. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming) to prioritize work based on business value.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and test scenarios. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring both sides understand each other’s needs. Participate in client demos and UAT sessions to gather feedback.• CRM and AI Feature Support: Leverage knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to validate data flows and integrations related to client solutions. Stay abreast of AI/ML concepts and help test AI-driven features (e.g. recommendation engines, ML workflows) to ensure they meet requirements.• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of test processes, results, and product workflows. Provide regular status updates and metrics to the team, and assist in post-release support if needed.
