- Checking for proper identification, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area
- Scheduling employees, supervising other bartenders & handling employee issues
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Ordering supplies and alcohol and overseeing the workings of the bar area.
- Be responsible for the cleanness, safeness of Bar area
- Handle guest complaints directly or refer them to the Bar Manager
- Assist Bar manager in training and improving bartender’s performance
- Other tasks assigned by manager

- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
