BI Supervisor (SQL/ English)

Four Hands, a leading designer and wholesaler of furniture and décor, is looking for an innovative and experienced BI Supervisor. This role will lead the design, development and maintenance of ETL processes and reporting with a strong reliance on the Microsoft platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on team leader, not a passive individual. Active engagement with stakeholders and process owners will be required, facilitating the translation of business requirements into practical data solutions. The BI Supervisor, Intl will report to the Ass. Director of Product Data & Analytics, Intl. In This Role:Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to critically review and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.Evaluate cross-departmental business needs and implications, incorporating them into the specifications.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of solutions, in addition to data mapping and ETL processes Identify opportunities to streamline data flows, improve data efficiency, and reduce manual effort through process improvementsSupervise and partake in the International BI team’s activities, in alignment with the needs of senior management and overall company objectivesBuild strong, positive, and collaborative relationships with other teams, departments and within the International BI team.
