Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop effective branding and marketing plans for all brands to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to retail locations.

Develop and manage digital advertising initiatives across online channels.

Be responsible for brand images and videos across all communication channels.

Seek sponsorships for marketing campaigns to build brand awareness.

Coordinate with Trade Marketing to organize in-store promotions and activations.

Collaborate with shopping malls to improve brand visibility.
-
Propose influencers aligned with brand values to promote brand awareness.
Reporting
-
Summarize and evaluate marketing plan reports.
-
Perform other tasks as required and assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Functional knowledge & experience:
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Marketing preferably with Retail or Fashion background.
- Experience in executing marketing/ brand communication plans
- Ability to complete tasks within critical deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, detail-minded, positive, supportive, flexible, and adaptive.
- Basic proficiency in design & editing software (Canva, Capcut, Photoshop)
