We are looking for a proactive and dynamic member to join our new business team.Our new product - a recruitment platform is designed specifically for Gen Z, helping them explore the right career paths and access suitable job opportunities. At the same time, we support companies in finding and connecting with the right young talent.Assist project (70%)One of the projects is to support the successful recruitment of customers. You will assist the team to proceed with the project smoothly.• Customer support (such as handling inquiries, onboarding, and create the guide to use product)• Support for sales activities• Data management and analysis• Making reportCreating report (20%)• Update monitoring data and making report (daily/weekly)• Support to prepare internal meeting materials• Research tasks related to businessOther tasks (10%)• Other tasks related to the project

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 4th year university student• Commitment: 3 months (full-time) with a confirmation letter from your university is required• Good communication in English• Good Excel skills (Pivot Table)• Passion in learning business• Can-do attitude and proactive• Careful, patient and customer-oriented• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
