Customer Service Staff

• Handle export/import documentation tasks, including issuing HBL or HAWB, A/N, D/O, e-manifest, and debit notes to customers.• Handle Debit Note, SOA of Customers, Partners, Vendors.• Follow trucking order and control trucking vendor to ensure delivery time to factory.• Enter shipment information into the company systems.• Track shipping status and maintain good relationships with carriers, warehouses, trucks, and other related departments.• Address and resolve customer disputes or complaints with great care.• Understanding US shipment processes (AMS, FMC, ISF filing) is preferred.• Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements and customer standard operating procedures.• Execute tasks assigned by the region manager, report results regularly, and maintain good cooperation with overseas agents and customers.• Familiarize yourself with the pricing of the responsible region, analyze the current status and development of the routes, and update internal quotations accordingly.• Assist management with any special tasks assigned.
