- Collaborate closely with development teams to implement intuitive designs, enhance user experience.- Design and optimize UI/UX for desktop, mobile, and web applications, ensuring responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experiences- Create design assets such as storyboards, wireframes, sketches, mockups, and interactive prototypes.- Produce original graphic content including illustrations, icons, charts, and visual materials.- Design engaging assets such as key visuals, banners, and animations.- Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and web technologies; continuously improve based on user feedback and analytics.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must have:- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch (or equivalent).- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and platform guidelines for iOS and Android.- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.Nice to have:- Able to communicate in basic English in work-related situations.- Prior experience working in a Japanese company or familiarity with Japanese design aesthetics.- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).- A proactive mindset for integrating AI into design workflows.- Understanding of motion design or animation principles.
