Sales & Profit
You are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with your store.
• You regularly analyse and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs for your department and together with the Visual Merchandisers you take action to maximise sales
• Together with your Store Management team, you set the hours plan for your department in line with the sales budget
• Together with your Store Management team, you ensure scheduling for your department maximises conversion and is within the frame of the hours plan
• You plan and prioritise actions together with your team that have a clear impact on sales
• You give input to your Store Manager and Area team on allocation and replenishment to ensure good garment levels in your department according to sales
• You ensure your department continuously meets company standards and follow this up using the Customer Experience Tool
• Together with your Visual Team, you ensure the implementation of the Commercial Handbook in your department
• You ensure Store Operations & Best Practices are followed in your department and throughout the store
• You ensure company Customer service standards are delivered in your department and throughout the store
• You ensure that the maintenance in your department is managed in a cost-efficient way to meetstandards and initiate any appropriate action accordingly with your Store Management team
• You actively prevent loss and ensure your department follows appropriate guidelines
• You inform your Store Manager of any potential risks, threats and opportunities related to the competitor landscape
People &Team
You ensure you have a Great Team and support their development. You work with succession planning, talent development and structured performance management for your team based on results, values and leadership.
You work in accordance with legal requirements and standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues
• You manage the recruitment, training, development and succession planning for your team
• You evaluate and manage the performance of your team; give regular feedback, execute dialogues, development plans, follow-up and take any appropriate action to improve performance and develop your team
• You actively work with a talent pipeline in your department to support the business and store needs
• You ensure clear communication with your team on business performance, company culture and store and department goals
• You ensure that Health & Safety, legal and security issues are being handled in accordance with standards and local laws, ensuring employee and customer safety at all times
• You strengthen our company culture by promoting feedback in our daily work and coach your team to do the same
