- Working with inspection teams as assigned by the Department Manager.
- Check the observance of labor regulations, sense of disciplining of employees.
- Receive and answer questions about salaries, bonuses and benefits for hotel staff.
- Supporting the departments of administrative work, staff training, recruitment methods.
- Making annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment, training and development plans for human resources.
- Develop career development programs, promotion policies and personnel replacement for hotel staff.
- Human resource budgeting.
- Plan human resources to serve the business and human resource development strategy of the hotel.
- Organize and carry out administrative tasks according to the functions and tasks and at the request of the Human Resource Management Department.
- Find a suitable candidate source to meet the needs of the position.
- Implement procedures for recruiting new employees according to the work needs approved by the Director.
- Implement the process of introducing the overview of the hotel (Introduction) for new employees on the first day of work.
- Follow up and support new employees during the probationary period to ensure the integration of the new environment.
- Manage, do procedures and provide items for new employees such as: time cards, name cards, business cards, personal lockers ... in accordance with the provisions of the Human Resources Department on the guarantee of fast , accurate and timely.
- Manage and carry out procedures to recover items that the hotel has provided for employees to leave.
- Update, store and issue recruitment forms issued by the Human Resources Department in accordance with operational practices, easy to find and access.
- Develop regulations and planning related to the use of property and equipment of the hotel.
- Supervise the implementation of security and order, labor safety, labor hygiene and fire and explosion prevention.
- Coordinate the Department of research, drafting and approving the rules applied in the hotel, building the organizational structure of the hotel - the parts and organization of implementation.
- Build a system of rules, procedures, regulations for the hotel and supervise the compliance with those rules.
- Advise and recommend Human Resource Management to handle hotel - Organization - Administrative - Personnel issues.
- Advising the Human Resources Management Department on training and recruiting in the company, developing salary schemes, rewarding welfare regimes for employees.
- Participate in building and coordinating the annual training plan for the whole hotel.
- Participate in controlling approved training costs, including training costs managed by the responsible departments.
- Supporting Human Resources Management to participate in making professional certificates, course certificates, training records.
- Track, monitor and report certificates and expiry dates according to hotel regulations.
- Participate in drafting documents, curriculum, training programs when required within the company.
- Keeping the training results for employees.
- Organize soft skills courses according to the training plan.
- Support class standing, direct classroom standing on soft skills.
- Staff development.
- Monitor the implementation of the program for developing cadres, keeping good people.
- Responsible for implementing surveys on satisfaction level and corporate culture.
- Carry out the drafting / translation of related documents and policies by the Human Resources Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate or above.
- Having passed the training course on human resources and human resource management.
- At least 03 years of experience in the field of human resource administration.
- English TOEIC 650, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
- Coordination, teamwork or independent skills.
- Mastering the labor law, social insurance, health insurance, taxes and other policies related to the field of human resource administration.
- Understand the labor market.
- Proficient use of office informatics and human resource management software, especially skills of fast, accurate typing and presentation of standard documents.
- Analytical skills, general skills, reporting skills, training skills and good communication.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
