Digital Marketing Executive is a key member of the Marketing Services team, responsible for executing digital marketing activities that support high-value recruitment services of VietnamWorks.This role offers strong growth potential in a fast-paced digital environment. The job holder is accountable for planning, coordinating, and optimizing marketing efforts across multiple online channels, with a strong focus on Email Marketing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Digital marketing recruitment project management 60%• Planning and execution of digital recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Email, etc.).• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Design...) and external agencies to deliver materials on time and aligned with brief.• Prepare, proofread, and coordinate media assets: social posts, banners, emails,…• Manage social content posting & basic interaction handling on Facebook & LinkedIn.• Generate performance reports and insights for each campaign.• Consult and handle Q&A to Sales team regarding the project/service information2. Email Marketing Performance Optimization 30%• Operate email marketing campaigns to candidate databases: review content, set up and monitor performance.• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Product, BI, ..) and vendors to optimize performance (open rate, CTR, deliver-ability, etc.).• Track and report key email performance metrics.• Stay up to date and help communicate new email marketing tools, trends, and best practices.3. Operations & Admin Support 10%• Handle payment & contract related to digital campaigns and vendors (ads, email, etc.).• Ensure reports, contracts, and internal documents are completed accurately and on time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.• Experience managing and motivating teams • Solid command of spoken and written English • 1 - 2 years of experience with email and marketing automation software and integration with databases• Outstanding copy-writing and copy-editing abilities, & content creation skill, especially about e-commerce, B2B,...• Demonstrable knowledge of email best practices extending to responsive HTML design, segmentation, deliver-ability, A/B testing, and email performance metrics• Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs performance• Attention to detail, strong organizational and coordination skills• Ability to work proactively, independently and manage multiple priorities.• Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills.Passion for the Internet and consumer brands• Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset.• Open to learning, proactive and responsive in a fast-paced working environment.• Creative, critical thinker with a practical “get-things-done” attitude.• Passionate about marketing, digital trends, and talent/HR industry.
