- The Digital Marketing Manager works with Director of PR & Communication establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Hotel/Resort. The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Director of Marketing and Director of Public Relations and Communications to execute strategies in digital marketing, social media, content development, public relations, online reputation management, and measures success through outcomes supported by analytics and reporting.
- Position is Resort based.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Previous digital marketing experience, in the luxury travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Experienced in handling multiple social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the new trends in the digital world.
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Photography and Video skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Influencer/media relations experience.
• Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral.
• Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to conduct on-brand Resort site inspections.
• Ability to qualify KOL/Influencers based on Resort’s objective.
