• Quality Assurance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities according to established standards and protocols.
• Inventory Management: Supervise the inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate levels and cost-effective management.
• Staff Training and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and personal growth.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage housekeeping staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficient utilization of resources.
• Guest Satisfaction: Collaborate with other departments to address guest feedback and concerns related to housekeeping, striving to exceed guest expectations.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the housekeeping budget, including expenses for labor, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repairs and maintenance needs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
• Environmental Sustainability: Promote and implement eco-friendly practices to support the property‘s sustainability goals.
• Communication: Maintain open communication channels with other departments, providing information and support as needed for smooth operations.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on housekeeping activities, performance, and metrics for senior management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor‘s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• 5 years of progressive experience in housekeeping management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, cleanliness standards, and guest service principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse team.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
