1. Performs administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to the hotel standards.
2. Directly assists the Food & Beverage Manager in all administrative duties, phone call, correspondence and scheduling.
3. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
4. Completes all administrative tasks and paperwork with proper signature and approvals.
5. Takes charge of the filing system at the F&B office and keeps all the files in a good system.
6. Maintains and updates all computer records.
7. Maintains confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information.
8. Maintains a clean, neat and organized work area at all times.
9. Be responsible for checking daily attendance records, annual leave, medical leave and submitting record sheets to Personnel Department, weekly duty roster.
10. Orders and requisites all stationary used by the F&B Office and other outlets, maintain F&B Office in clean & proper order at all times, co-ordinate with House-keeping attendant.
11. Informs the F&B Manager regarding changes of functions sheets, and always double check with the Banquet Department for the accurate count of (pax) and venue time etc.
12. Distributes and posts event orders to all relative outlet on time, signed by each section or outlet staff or manager, time received, name and date when issued
13. Keeps a good communication with the Kitchen–Catering-Banquet & Stewarding department and work closely in order to reach a good coordination between all departments.
14. Finds the ways to improve the efficiency of the operation which will benefit all departments, foster positive thinking and motivation within all Food & Beverage & kitchens outlets by giving active assistance and advice on more effective way of communicating when possible.
15. Possesses a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office.
16. Responds properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
17. Performs tasks as assigned by the hotel management and the superiors.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Labor Law, Tax Information, Social Insurance
WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES: 01 year in a similar position in large hotels or international companies
