Supervises out-scoured Security Guards for ensuring adherence to hotel policy.
Coordinates and organizes the day to day operations of the department including planning and controlling Manages the develop and implementation of departmental standards in Fire, Life and Safety.
Ensures all patrolling, inspection and escort duties are performed to a high standard Monitors and maintains all product and performance standards and ensure action is taken when standards are not met Ensures firearms and other weapons are not carried by staff when on duty Supervises emergency drills.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 3 years in relation experience -Very Good command of both written and spoken English
-Strong team spirit and leadership skills.
- Proven back ground in Fire Fighting, Emergency and Evacuation procedures.
- Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required. Certified CPR, First Aid instructor.
- Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, Occupational Health & Safety requirements and fire codes and life safety codes.
