- Assign room for staff to do daily cleaning.
- Understand, check information in the shift.

- Monitor and check the quality of living room hygiene and related issues according to standards.
- Schedule regular living room maintenance.
- Regularly update guest status and room availability.
- Check all guest rooms that have been cleaned and the corridor area ready to serve guests.
- Control the reservation facilities and amenities in order to avoid wasteful and irregular use, monthly Inventory Management report.
- Customer service office after office hours.
- Check the corridor lights system to make sure the switch on and off as prescribed.
- Check the warehouse, trolleys to make rooms, working tools of employees to be clean and neatly arranged.
- Supervise the process of making a record in the living room related to the property, security and safety of guests.
- Instructing employees to properly and safely use chemicals, equipment.
- Supervise employees' chemical use to ensure safety.
- Handling guests' requests and complaints within their powers.
- Make sure the equipment in the living room, tools, working tools are in good working, report the Division of damaged status if any.
- Monitor and report the status of DO NOT DISTURB (please do not disturb) and Lost & Found issues in the shift.
- Check matters related to the safety and security of guests and hotels.
- Supervising employees to clean equipment, tools and working areas neatly and tidy.
- Check and report the damaged rooms, notify the department secretary to send technical repair request form.
- Coordinate related departments to solve safety and security issues in the living room.
- Supervising employees in accordance with the rooming procedure.
- Ensure employees conduct the Turn down service on time as prescribed.
- Check and ask partners to handle insects in the living room areas.
- Ensuring sanitary equipment and devices are always in a clean and working condition.
- Assessing the quality of employee work. Record employees' recommendations for commendation or misconduct.
- Support for room staff at peak times.
- Training skills and skills for employees.
- Help the Department in charge of establishing standards and operating procedures.
- Refuse to open the living room door for someone without a duty.
- Report immediately to the Division Manager of problems arising in the shift.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

- Graduating from college or higher.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in 4 or 5 star hotels.
- Training skills, good communication skills.
