- Manage and oversee the overall operations of the hotel and villa system in accordance with premium service standards
- Develop, implement, and supervise operational procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality.
- Manage and develop the workforce: recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and competency enhancement.
- Manage budgets, optimize revenue, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and the best service experience.
- Coordinate with related departments (Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Operations, etc.) to improve business efficiency.
- Propose service development strategies, promotional programs, pricing policies, and market expansion plans.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-Bachelor’s or College degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
-Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Hotel/Villa/Resort Manager or Assistant Manager position.
• Candidates with prior experience in 4–5 star hotels or luxury resorts are preferred.
-Professional Skills:
• Expertise in operations management, customer service, and team leadership.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of the tourism, hospitality, and premium customer service markets.
-Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinking, multitasking, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• International English certification preferred (TOEIC ≥ 650, IELTS ≥ 5.5, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Korean is an advantage.
