Front Office Supervisor

REPORTS TO : ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER/ DUTY MANAGER

- Assist in executing all operational procedures of the Front office department.

- Responsible to follow hotel rules and regulations, maintains a friendly, neat and professional image to guests and colleagues.

- Performs any duties related to the department and assists other departments whenever necessary.

- In charge of the Reception area during the shift, including: guest checking in, checking out and handle other requests from guests, controlling costs, float bank,  fully aware of fore casted business and targeted profitability

- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests and colleagues

- Induct new staff into the team, department and hotel following the guidelines. Ensure that all staff under your control carries out their duties in accordance with the SOPs.
