Fullstack Developer (Go/Python/NodeJS/ReactJS)

4+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in Go (or Python/NodeJS) and ReactJS Solid understanding of microservices architecture, Git, and modern software development principles (Clean Code, TDD, DDD, etc.). Familiar with cloud environments and deployment practices (CI/CD, GitFlow). Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB) and APM solutions (Sentry, Datadog, Elastic APM, etc.). Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system performance optimization. Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving mindset. Calm under pressure, proactive, and self-organized. High integrity and ownership. Big Plus: Advanced database tuning and performance optimization. Extensive experience in CI/CD implementation (Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.). Knowledge of monitoring systems (InfluxDB, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus). Experience with APM & error tracking tools (Sentry, NewRelic, Datadog, Elasticsearch APM). Familiarity with logging systems (ELK/EFK stack).
