FullStack Ruby on Rails Developer/Tech Lead

Proven experience in Ruby on Rails development with at least 3-7 years of experience along with a strong understanding of MVC architecture and best practices.  Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).  Experience building responsive and intuitive user interfaces, with a focus on usability and accessibility.  Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the browser rendering lifecycle and website optimization  Knowledge of advanced CSS concepts (e.g., grid, flexbox and animations).  Experience having created or maintained CI/CD pipelines for the deployment of public-facing web applications.  Proficiency in a language other than Ruby such as TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin or similar.  Experience with or willingness to learn new skills and frameworks such as iOS, Android or React Native.
