- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Resolve customer complaints
- Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, etc.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good attitude, willing to learn
- Requires a working knowledge of the Front Desk & Guest Service aspect
- Ability to use fluent English (third language is a plus)
