- Act as the main coordination point between Reservations, Front Office, and related departments to ensure all guest requests and service arrangements are properly communicated and delivered.
- Receive, track, and follow up on guest requests from Reservation and Front Office, ensuring accurate information flow and timely execution.
- Collect service details and operational updates from internal departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Engineering, Activities, etc.) to provide accurate responses to guests and the Reservation team.
- Support handling guest inquiries and service requests during the booking and pre-arrival stages.
- Ensure all guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements are updated accurately in the system.
- Coordinate special arrangements such as airport/port transfers, room setups, amenities, dining reservations, spa bookings, and activities.
- Monitor request status, follow up on pending items, and ensure timely completion before guest arrival and during stay.
- Support Front Office in managing guest expectations and handling service recovery when needed.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with guests, Reservation, and all operational departments.
- Assist in preparing daily operational reports related to guest requests and service coordination.
- Ensure Six Senses standards, brand values, and service procedures are consistently applied.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Hospitality or Administration Management degree from a recognized College preferred.
One year or more of experience with administrative job. Experience in guest service is a plus.
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office.
Detail-oriented and efficient.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and reporting.
Highly motivated with “can do” attitude.
