This individual will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams, aligning resources, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. The role also advises executive leadership on strategic investment planning and risk control.Key Responsibilities:• Manage project portfolios and execution plans, overseeing all phases from preparation and implementation to handover and operational launch.• Coordinate internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery, budget control, and quality assurance.• Serve as the central lead for portfolio management, advising leadership on execution strategies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.• Collaborate closely with the Finance and Accounting Department to manage contracts, budgets, and investment costs.• Work with the Legal Department on compliance, legal documentation, and investment procedures.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or higher in Investment, Public Management, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.• Solid knowledge of investment project management, legal regulations, and construction law.• Proficiency in planning, budget control, contract management, and investment performance evaluation.• Strong command of project management tools and software.Experience Requirements:• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a mid-to-senior management role in a relevant industry.• Demonstrated experience in:o Planning and controlling project workflows.o Human resource management, task allocation, and performance supervision.o Collaborating effectively with internal departments and executive teams.Key Skills:• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and systems-level decision-making.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Time management and organizational proficiency.• Decisive leadership with accountability for results.• Team development, coaching, and mentorship abilities.• Ability to plan, supervise, and evaluate performance effectively.• Resilience and capacity to work under pressure.
