Architect and manage data storage solutions, including databases and data warehouses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver robust data solutions. Implement and enforce data quality and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and senior data engineers. Drive the adoption of best practices in data engineering and data governance. Lead and participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to data infrastructure.
