1. Payroll, Bonus & PIT
- Be in charge of the monthly timesheet and payroll in accordance with company policies.
- Be in charge of the bonus in accordance with company policies.
- Responds to all employees’ inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Register the PIT code for new employees and request for the declaration of the employee's dependent (if a
- Calculate monthly PIT and annual PIT finalization in compliance with the law on PIT.
- Issue the Certificate of PIT to the employee as required.
2. Social Insurance (SHUI), Health Insurance
- Monitor monthly SHUI calculation, declaration & payment, compare with Payroll and SHUI report.
- Timely administers insurance claims (for medical treatment, maternity, accidents, ...) by the company employees.
- Follow up health insurance including participation, terminations, and any other updates.
3. Trade Union
- Monitor the list of increase/decrease in union membership and make a request for payment of trade union.
- Make the report to Labor Confederation as per requirement.
- Develop welfare policies for union members of trade unions.
4. Documents & report
- Prepare documents for employees (Offer letter, labor contracts, appendix, contract renewal, decisions, agreements, NDA, regulations..)
- Make monthly/periodically internal report and other reports for relevant authorities.
- Perform other tasks or initiatives that are directed by HR-Admint Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance law and related regulations.
- Eager to learn in fast working environment
- Have a high sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
