- Supervise the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures to staff
- Supervise the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Performing administrative tasks
- Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Covering all legal compliance for Admin & HR requirements
- Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
- Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
- Perform employee evaluations and make recommendations on personnel actions, such as promotions or firing
- Implement company or departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standardsOthers task required by manager.
